Christmas Carol project, 12-2015 and 12-2016

Errors on first printing 12/23/16:

Deck the Hall is a mess. See draft #2 in D (already copied into final folder, but not inserted into mus/sing copies)

Strategies:

• 1. download PDF from SS and reformat in CorelDraw. Many public domain songs are available in four part

  2. download PDF 4 part and lead (chords) from Christmas-carol-music. either

     1. if in a good key, copy chords onto 4p in CorelDraw

     2. if transposition needed, print out, scan into Finale and type in chords, transpose, save as PDF, transfer over lyrics in CorelDraw, reprint as PDF. This is pretty slick! May need to adjust lines a bit to line up with music

  3. download PDF from Hymnary. Some downloads need to be reprinted in with Corel PDF printer. Scan into Finale and add chords, then transpose and print (possibly clean up with CorelDraw).

  4. other PDF sources for sheet music -- same procedure as Hymnary.

  5. add chords from internet chord souces to 2 & 3.
